Today, I started out the morning by being woken up by my parents 2 birds...was not a happy camper. But after awake my mom took my sister and I to her workout in the park with her trainer, Jodi.

Our workout included:

  • 1 minute of side medicine ball throws with a partner on each side
  • 2 minutes of lunges on each side
  • 2 minutes on each side of high leg crunches. Bringing your knee to your chest, while bringing the opposite arm to the knee
  • 1 minute of medicine ball throws with a partner on each side
  • 2 sets of 10 ab crunches with 8 pound medicine ball squeezed between knees
  • 2 sets of 10 triceps with the medicine ball while partner does abs
  • 2 minutes of straight plank
  • 10 plank lifts on each side
  • 2 sets of 10 ab throw downs with a partner
  • finished up the workout with stretched both legs and butt
It was great, and the weather was absolutely beautiful this morning which made it even better. Yay to Fall!

Now off to watch the gator game and then Halloween festivities shall begin =)
