Metamorphosis :: Day 55 and Going Strong

I am a little behind in my workout schedule, as lately I have just been so busy. But today was day 55 and my results are still blowing me out of the water and proving that this program was worth every penny! Anyone out there looking for a great, fun workout, with amazing results, try this program. For those of you who don't know, I am doing the Tracy Anderson Metamorphosis 90-day program.

I was stuck in a monotonous workout routine at the gym, doing the same things over and over before I started this program. But now it is easy to keep my body guessing and to keep seeing results, never hitting that plateau.

My Measurements from day 1:
Bust: 31.5"
Arm: 10"
Waist: 26"
Hips: 32"
Thigh: 19.5"
Weight: 125.6 lbs

My Measurements from day 55:
Bust: 31"
Arm: 9.25"
Waist: 24" ßdown 1" there!
Hips: 31"
Thigh: 18"
Weight: 115 lbs ßI have lost a total of 10 pounds! I didn't even think that was possible.
BMI: 19.7%

I can't even believe it myself, you have to try this! If not, the real key is to changing up your workouts. Make sure that you aren't working the same muscles over and over. If you keep your body guessing, you will end up with great results. I can't wait to show my before and after pictures...eeek!
